2. Zenith Carex team would conduct physical/virtual due-deligence during the registration
3. Clients are at liberty to add or reject insurance coverage for their package, upon addiding a ₦1,000 insurance coverages fees will apply
4. Client are at liberty to add or reject door-step deliver, upon adding a ₦1,000 fees would be added to their original bill
5. Clients are at liberty to add or reject on forwarded delivery upon reject the client is expected to pickup parcel at the Zenith Carex Office, upon adding the Zenith Carex customer representative would determine the onforwarding rate based on the distance, but limited within ₦4,000 – ₦7,000, added to their original bill.
6. Deivery timeline of 24 hours from pick-up time withing the state and 72 hours from pick-up time outside the state
